With over 15 years of experience across administration, customer service and operations, I bring calm structure to busy practices including psychology, occupational therapy, and other client-centred services.

As a trained Virtual Assistant with a Diploma or Business Mangement and Administration, I support everything from inbox and scheduling to client intake workflows and system refinement. I'm also a Zanda partner, with hands on experience in practice management systems and the real-world nuances of allied health admin.
