About Asana VS
Based in the Blue Mountains, NSW
I’m Jacinta, the founder of Asana Virtual Services. I live and work in the lower Blue Mountains, NSW, and support allied health practices and small businesses across Australia.
While my work is online, my approach is very human. I care deeply about creating calm, supportive systems that make day-to-day business feel lighter, more organised, and more sustainable.

At my core, I’m someone who values clarity, structure, and kindness, both in work and in life.
I’ve spent over 15 years working in administration, customer service, and operations, and I’m naturally drawn to behind-the-scenes roles where I can bring order, clarity, and flow. I genuinely enjoy making things work better, whether that’s a messy inbox, a clunky system, or a process that just needs a more thoughtful approach.

Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with husband and friends, getting out into nature, and finding a good excuse for a bottomless brunch. I also love training and playing with my dogs, getting creative in the kitchen, and making the most of living in the Blue Mountains.

Bailey and Bella are very much part of my world (and my workday). You’ll often find them close by while I’m working, keeping me company and making sure no important treat times are missed. They’re my loyal sidekicks and take their roles as office supervisors very seriously.

Why the name Asana Virtual Services?
The name Asana comes from yoga, where asanas are practiced to build strength, balance, and flexibility.
That philosophy closely reflects how I approach business support. I believe good admin shouldn’t feel rigid or overwhelming. Instead, it should support you, adapt to your needs, and help create a sense of balance in your work.
I take a holistic view of administration, looking at how systems, communication, and processes all work together to support both you and your clients, from their first interaction with your practice through to the ongoing journey.
