Below you will find some helpful information to ensure our transition of working together goes smoothly. If at any time you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me.

Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm (AEST)
Methods of communication:
My preferred method of communication is email. You can reach me at email@example.com. My emails are checked regularly throughout the day and my usual response time is within 24hrs (excluding weekends and holidays)
Alternatively, I can help set you up with a ClickUp account and share our working folder together where you can add tasks, leave comments as well as see the progress of the tasks.
If the task or project is urgent, please send an email with the subject line beginning with [URGENT], alternatively for urgent matters, please send me a text on 0492 893 206.
Please note that any urgent requests are subject to availability. The urgent requests are charged at a different rate which will be discussed and agreed upon prior to any work starting.
Holidays & Sickness:
You will be notified of any upcoming holidays and out of office days as well as sick days. Your services will be handed over to another colleague with your prior approval.
I use Toggl Time tracking software to track time I work on tasks and this included on your invoice.
I use ClickUp as my project management software. I can give you access to your company’s folder for you to add any tasks you need actioned, leave comments or notes, and even see the progress status of the task. For more information about Clickup, please click this link.
You will be sent an invoice which includes instructions on how to pay via direct bank deposit and credit card.
My preferred method of payment is direct bank transfer. Payments via credit card will incur a 2.5% transaction fee.
